Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery only within Egypt. 

For products with defects, we will offer you an exchange or fully refund your purchase upon your request.

Delivery charges apply on all refunds and exchanges.

Products on sale cannot be refunded.

Orders outside Egypt can't be refunded or exchanged. For international orders payment should be processed online.
